Needless anesthesia system

Alot of people, especially children are anxious or fearful of dental treatment. and the needle is considered the main cause of this fear.

We have introduced the most modern techniques and devices to give our patients a painless and needless treatment
We are the first in UAE to use CARISOLV SYSYEM

which is a very gentle technique to remove decay and caries from teeth and minimize the need for the dental drill

It`s a chemo-mechanical way to dissolve caries gently.

And we have introduced the NEEDLESS anesthesia system, A very simple technique to get your teeth anesthetized and ready for the treatment without needle injection

High-Resolution Intra-Oral Camera

This Hi-Tech camera records your dental exam and provides full-color photographs and computer monitor displays of any dental problems. It is about the size of a pen. You can actually see your present dental status and have a complete, visual understanding of the suggested dental treatment.

Air Abrasion
Air abrasion allows the early detection of decay because it can be employed to minimally open stained groove; if the stain opens into decay, the decay can be quickly removed and filled. Using air abrasion to conservatively open pits and groove not only facilitates early identification of carious lesions (cavity or decay), but ultimately may save healthy tooth structure. The new air abrasion cavity preparation systems allow conservative removal of tooth structure. Air abrasion allows ultraconservative tooth removal and leaves the remaining tooth structure sound, chemically clean and very bondable, also usually eliminates the need for numbing and/or needles.

Aquabrasion Fluid Abrasion cutting and polishing system is a new technology found to be safer for teeth. Throughout the accuracy and controllability of its abrasion technology, the Aquabrasion works conservatively to minimize the loss of sound material in tooth restoration. Moreover, as there is no direct contact with the tooth, the risk of chipping or stress fracturing is eliminated.

The Aquabrasion can replace the drill in many procedures, and is ideal for use in conjunction with modern dental adhesives and filling materials. It rapidly and efficiently removes hard tooth tissue, leaving cavity surfaces ideally textured for receiving the latest resins.

In addition to preparations for restorations and veneering, the Aquabrasion allows scaling, cleaning and polishing to be carried out quickly and easily with less patient trauma. The Aquabrasion can eliminate the need for local anesthesia in many procedures.

Laser Dentistry
Its ease of use, speed and precision allow for a wide range of conservative treatment options for periodontal therapy and all types of soft-tissue surgery. This means greater comfort and convenience for the patient. Laser treatment keeps bleeding to a minimum and reduces the risk of cross-contamination. Greater post-operative comfort encourages increased patient

DIAGNOdent

Studies show that 50% of caries go undetected by present diagnostic methods. The new KaVo DIAGNOdent aids in diagnosing "hidden" fissure caries more accurately and confidently.

Most caries occur in the complex anatomy of the occlusal surfaces, making diagnosis with traditional methods difficult, because the outer tooth surface often appears to be intact. The DIAGNOdent is a new high tech laser system. It utilizes laser light of a defined wavelength to help detect and quantify deminerilized tooth substances without x-ray exposure. This revolutionary new device is easy to use and turns caries detection into a harmless, measurable, more reproducable and exacting procedure.

Piezoelectric Ultrasonic Scalers

This technology produces perceptible vibration on tooth surface which breaks up hard calculus faster; but results in less patient discomfort.

Surgical Telescopes

Dr. Doctor performs most of his dental procedures while wearing a pair of surgical telescopes. These telescopes give Dr. Doctor the ability to be much more critical of his work allowing him to see details that would go unnoticed to the naked eye.

Digital X-rays

Thanks to the unique clipped-corner design of the DEXIS™ sensor, patients will be more comfortable than when they are subjected to standard dental film-imaging techniques. DEXIS™ instant, digital X-ray images

  • Reduces radiation up to 90%
  • Improve patient comfort

CEREC

CEREC is a revolutionary way to restore damaged teeth in a single visit. Making your teeth beautiful and stronger than ever!
Partial and Full Crowns

All other single-tooth restorations
We offer technology that will save you time and more of your original tooth with convenience and comfort!

CEREC has revolutionized the way our practice can deliver treatment to patients like you. This high-tech equipment allows us to restore damaged teeth in a single visit. The result is a beautiful, natural-colored restoration that is much stronger than before.

What is CEREC?
CEREC means we can quickly and economically restore damaged teeth using a durable ceramic material that matches the natural color of other teeth in your mouth. CEREC is an acronym for Charismatic Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics

What advantages does CEREC offer me?

First and foremost, the restoration can be performed in a single session, usually in about one hour. With CEREC there's no need for us to make an impression and send it to a lab. We won't inconvenience you by asking to return for a second visit.

Secondly, the restoration is natural looking, because it is made of tooth-colored ceramic material.  It's metal-free --- no silver fillings to discolor your smile!  The ceramic material is compatible with tissue in your mouth and is high-grade, anti-abrasive and plaque-resistant.  It allows us to be extremely precise and save more of the healthy part of your tooth.

How does CEREC work?

First, we prepare the damaged tooth by applying a thin layer of reflective powder directly on the tooth's surface. Using a special camera, we then take a picture of the tooth. We work from this photo, which is actually a pin-sharp optical impression of the tooth.Computer Aided Design Technology helps us design the restoration from the optical impression. you can actually watch us design your new restoration on a full-color computer monitor right before your eyes! Then, CEREC creates an extremely precise restoration. A high-speed diamond bur and a disk work simultaneously to mill the restoration out of a solid block of ceramic material. Finally, we bond the newly milled restoration to the tooth using state-of-the-art adhesive dentistry.Over a decade of clinical research and experience supports the CEREC technology. User input and research have helped the manufacturer improve the product during this time. Dentists have performed over four million restorations worldwide.

You will see beautiful results in one visit.
